A Note from your Coach
Professional development is personal for me. Learning how to chart my own path wasn’t always easy, but it’s something I’m consistently crafting. Now I help others discover how work can work for them too.
As a learning & development coach, I partner with hundreds of bright, ambitious young professionals each year. When asked about their careers, the majority feel meh — even (maybe, especially?) at some of today's most well-known orgs.
A career pivot is more than a new job. It’s a chance to own your narrative. I started Spring Street to help us stop grinding and start choosing less — because you’re worth more.
